As we look ahead to 2026, Wellington (Telford) Brass Band is excited to be entering a new chapter. With our new Musical Director, David Nicholson, at the helm, the band is full of enthusiasm and ambition as we continue to build on the fantastic progress of recent years.
Following our promotion, we are proud to announce that we will be competing in the Second Section Area Brass Band Championships in 2026. This marks an important milestone for the band and reflects the hard work, commitment, and dedication of our players both on and off the bandstand.
The year ahead promises to be a busy and enjoyable one, with a full programme of concerts, community engagements, and competitions planned. From formal performances to local events, there will be plenty of opportunities to hear the band in action.
