Our Christmas Concert was a resounding success and a wonderful way to close out the festive season. At the helm was our new conductor, David Nicholson, whose energy and direction helped bring out the very best in the band.
The programme mixed much-loved Christmas favourites with new pieces, all of which were warmly received by a fantastic audience. Just as importantly, the band clearly loved every minute of playing them too.
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who attended, we raised over £400 for the Dawley Branch of the Royal British Legion, making the evening not only enjoyable but meaningful.
