Wellington (Telford) Brass Band recently enjoyed a fantastic day out at ConsTest, taking to the stage with confidence and determination. While the final result didn’t quite reflect the performance we felt we gave, the overall experience was an extremely positive one for the band.
Encouragingly, the adjudicators’ remarks highlighted many strengths in our playing, with constructive feedback that shows we are firmly heading in the right direction. It’s clear that the hard work being put in by the band is paying off, and this progress is a testament to the continued guidance and leadership of David Nicholson.
There is a real sense of momentum within the band at the moment, with players focused on improving and building a stronger, more cohesive sound together.
